To best serve your needs, please submit all information to be featured in an upcoming edition of the weekly bulletin two weeks before the scheduled activity. Bulletin announcements list for a maximum of three consecutive weeks.

The Parish Sunday Bulletin, One Family in Faith, is available at weekend Masses to inform parishioners of parish ministries, programs and activities.

The weekly bulletin printing schedule takes place the Wednesday before the weekend of publication.

Information submitted once verified by a member of the parish staff, a pastoral council officer, or a commission chair is featured on the news and events page of the parish website. The information may be available for viewing before the next scheduled printing of the weekly bulletin.

Flocknote for parish-based communication and promotion 

Pastoral Council officers, commission chairs, and primary contact of approved parish programs and activities are encouraged to directly communicate with their members. Flocknote is a parish approved communication platform that allows you to safely and securely communicate more effectively, making it easy to create invitations, announcements, and other forms of information, including meeting agendas, minutes, and surveys.

Organizations submitting information are to be directly related to, or support, the mission of the parish, or be a registered 501(c)(3) (e.g., civic and community organizations).

After completing the Parish Activity Request Form your news and information to be featured in an upcoming edition of the weekly bulletin, "One Family In Faith," and when requesting the creation of website listings and text messages for parish-based ministries, programs and activities.

• The deadline is Monday at 11 p.m. to submit news and information to be featured in an upcoming edition of the weekly bulletin, "One Family In Faith," and request the creation of website listings and Flocknote messages promoting parish ministries, programs and activities. The printing schedule for the paper edition is Wednesday.

• All parish-based ministries, programs or activities, or Catholic lay organizations must submit an activity request form for an existing, new or annual activity. This form is to be completed a minimum of 6 weeks before the proposed ministry, program or activity to provide adequate time for prayer, preparation and paperwork needed for success and our support of your efforts.

• The commission chair over the desired ministry, program, or activity should be aware of the request and be prepared to answer questions about the proposal at the pastoral council's regularly scheduled meeting. By completing and submitting this form, the parish coordinator, pastoral council members, and other parish staff will be able to review your plans and future needs. 

• When completing the form, please include the primary contact information for the ministry, program, activity, and contact information for the individual completing this form

This information helps keep the parish data and website listing current and parish staff needing to contact individuals during the initial planning and creation of resources you have requested to support you and others who serve with you.
