Items ordered either arrive at the location as identified or the parish office, depending on the vendor's policies and procedures or requirement for signature upon arrival. Deliveries requiring a signature may require an inspection before releasing to the site representative, waving any possibility to return for later discovered damage outside the scope of the product warranty. Items delivered to the parish office are to be picked up and delivered to the location by the individual who requested the item or their delegate. When an item is for general use, a parish staff member or volunteer office porter/attendant will complete restocking upon arrival.
