St. Boniface Summer Picnic - Sunday, August 7

The annual St. Boniface Catholic Church Summer Picnic will be held on Sunday, August 7, beginning at 10:00am CDT, on the church grounds at Fulda. 

Roast Beef or Fried Chicken dinners with all the trimmings and dessert will be served in air-conditioned dining rooms from 10:00am to 2:00pm CDT.  Take-outs are available.  Fulda’s famous soup will be sold by the bowl or bulk (containers are available).  The Food Court will serve famous soup, fried chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled tenderloins, and drinks (water, sweet tea, lemonade, sodas).  Ice cream will also be available for your enjoyment. 

Many beautiful handmade quilts will be raffled off throughout the day.  Our Country Kitchen specializes in homemade goodies (breads, rolls, muffins, coffee cakes, noodles, snacks, salsas, jellies, jams, relishes, etc.)  Games for the young (and not so young) including BINGO, can be enjoyed on the shaded picnic grounds.  And for the family, a Family Fun Center with lots of games & activities, including zorb balls, and a family cornhole tourney, are at no charge.

Live music by Sweet Water Band 11:30am to 3:30pm.  Guided tours of Historic St. Boniface Catholic Church will be given throughout the day.  The grand raffle of over 100 prizes, a drawing for 2 beautiful handmade quilts, and the drawing for the themed baskets raffle will close out the day beginning at 3:30pm. 

St. Boniface Catholic Church is located at  15519 N State Road 545, Fulda, Indiana, between St. Meinrad and Troy, IN.  Come and enjoy a day with us on shady grounds.  Handicap parking is available. New this year will be a Schuttle Service.
