Children’s Liturgy of the Word Begins Weekend of September 7

Children's Liturgy of the Word occurs during Mass, throughout the Liturgy of the Word, at 4 p.m. Saturday (Anticipated Vigil Mass for Sunday) at St. Boniface Parish, and at the 8:30 a.m. Sunday Mass at St. Meinrad Parish for children ages 3 to Grade 2 until the child receives his or her First Holy Communion.

Catechists are needed to lead children in prayer, song, and reflection focused on the Sunday Lectionary readings for Mass. Materials and training are provided using Pflaum Gospel Weeklies - Seeds (Preschool).
