Finance Commission

The prudent use of our parishes’ financial resources, as we fulfill our parish mission, is of utmost importance. The Finance Commission serves as a consultative body to the Pastor, assisting him in setting the annual budget and monitoring parish income and expenses.

Those serving as advisory stewards of our parishes’ financial resources must be women and men of strong character. As Scripture says, “It is of course required of stewards that they be found trustworthy” (1 Corinthians 4:2). Each parish has a Finance Commission that meets regularly throughout the year.

The Finance Commissions meet jointly on the second Tuesday of January and December in Room G of the Parish Office.

St. Boniface: The Finance Commission meets on the second Tuesday of March and August in Room G of the Parish Office.
St. Meinrad: The Finance Commission meets on the third Tuesday of March and August in Room G of the Parish Office.

3. Secure Indiana Charity Gaming Festival License Application – application must be submitted and approved by pastor a minimum of 9 weeks prior to first scheduled advertisement and ticket sales.  https://www.in.gov/igc/2482.htm
