We proclaim that human life is a precious gift from God; that each person who receives this gift has responsibilities toward God, self and others; and that society, through its laws and social institutions, must protect and nurture human life at every stage of its existence.
U.S. Catholic Bishops, Pastoral Plan for Pro-Life Activities, November 2001

As our nation honors Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May, mothers and godmothers will be recognized, prayed for, and may receive a blessing at all weekend Masses. As is our custom, flowers will be available in churches at weekend Masses.
An envelope for the Mother’s Day Flowers is included in the monthly envelope packet. Please make sure your check is made payable to the parish church, clearly marking in the memo Pro-Life (4047.100). If you use online giving, scan the QR code for the Quick Links to make a one-time or recurring gift using debit cards, credit cards, or eChecks (ACH).
Gifts can be placed in the weekly stewardship collection at all weekend Masses through the end of May or dropped off at the parish office using the after-hours drop box at the carport entrance. All proceeds will support the mission and ministry of area pro-life and family life agencies. Fr. Anthony will send acknowledgements for any gifts received to support their work.
