The annual St. Meinrad Parish Fall Picnic will not be held on the church grounds on Sunday, September 20. Instead, parishioners, friends and neighbors are invited to attend this year’s No-Show Picnic through livestream from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central Time.

3 things you should to know for this years fall picnic:
1. You can join in the the fun on Sunday, September 20, as we celerbrate our annual picnic, No-Show Style. The links above will help you begin the contactless order process for ribs, chicken, t-shirt and raffle items. These print ready forms download forms are available to print, fill out and return, or share these links with family and friends. Safe and secure on-line ordering using credit/debit card links located below.
2. Each year, the funds raised through the annual fall picnic support the parish’s mission of nurturing an intentional faith-filled Catholic community and providing programs for evangelization, faith formation and youth ministry.
3. Charitable gaming ticket fulfillment will be processed upon payment received. All charitable gaming and preorders for ribs, dinners and t-shirts have a patron tracking ID# and available receipt. Patrons with no listed email address with food and t-shirt orders will receive detail receipt at the time of pick-up. Separate contactless order request form available through parish website. Presales for raffle tickets only available at https://smcatholic.church/fall-picnic through September 16. Indiana Gaming Commission 2020 License Number 002566. Must be 18 or older to play. Need not be present to win. First-prize cash winner of $1,000 announced after final prize is drawn. Cash prizes mailed within 10 business days.
For the health and safelty of all and to keep the risk of exposure to COVID-19 low for program volunteers and all others present, all patrons will receive a windshield placard upon arriving at the community center. Drivers will be directed from the community center to a pick-up lane at the intersection of 5th Street N and Brewery Street. The color-coded placard will assist traffic control officers in guiding patrons to the predetermined pick-up lane while identifying the number of pre-ordered packages to be loaded into a vehicle.
