Please complete this form to communicate with parish staff and initiate parishioner requests. The message form is a work in progress, with the hope that as we use this form areas of responsibility will align, increasing our potential for inter-office communication and completing tasks requested by parishioners and others. 

My goal is that we provide the "best" customer service for our parish family in a timely and effective way - focusing on what we can do and not what we can't do for others.
