April 28, 2022St. Meinrad Knights of Columbus Council #5599 will be hosting a rib fundraiser, with preorders being taken now for pick-up on Saturday, May 7. Proceeds benefit the Belize Immersion trip planned for summer 2022, including building supplies to build a home for a family in Belize and expenses associated with the Immersion Trip. Ribs, $30 per slab, are prepared by Terry Faulkenberg and Jeff Davis. Order now, as they will sell out.
