Join Archbishop Thompson and our brothers and sisters throughout the Archdiocese of Indianapolis on Friday, April 2, 2021 supporting the annual appeal for the Good Friday Collection for the Holy Land.
The Good Froiday Collection sustains Christianity in the Holy Land. With your support, the Franciscans maintain the sacred shrines throughout the Holy Land so that pilgrims can walk in the footsteps of Jesus. In addition, the Franciscan friars minister in parishes, provide formation and education, build homes, provide jobs, take care of the elderly, and feed the hungry. And in times of war and instability, provide humanitarian aid.
The Pontifical Good Friday Collection adds to the “universal” dimension of our faith. Those who contribute stand in solidarity, as instruments of peace, with the Church in the Holy Land.
