Biographical Information
Preplanning and Prearrangements at Local Funeral Homes
It is suggested that you ask if your loved one has made prepaid arrangements with a funeral home. It might be a good time to review that document in preparation for your planning, perhaps several weeks in advance when possible. You can get a copy from the funeral home.
With this information in hand, you are welcome to meet in advance of the death to begin the funeral planning with Father Anthony or Deacon Mike.
Typically, there is a difference between funeral prearrangements and a prepaid funeral. The funeral home can tell you what plan, if any, your loved one has made.
If your loved one has a prepaid plan, it is recommended that you inquire at the funeral home if any additional fees incurred by the funeral home, parish church, or cemetery can be added to the plan.- If there is a prepaid arrangement, all additional fees must be submitted to the funeral home director within five business days of the funeral service.
- Any overage the parish receives is invested in the parish cemetery endowment in memory of the deceased.
Statement of Fees
Funeral Rate for In-Church Visitation and Service of Parishioner: $400
Includes:
- Stipends for organist, cantor, and servers
- Creation and printing of Mass programs
- Identification and arrangement of liturgical musicians according to family needs
- Audio-visual equipment for family-created funeral tribute
- One personalized heirloom cross
- Website resource page and email announcements
- Digital copy of the recorded funeral service
- Equipment (easels, flower stands, podiums, up to four 60"x18" tables)
- Addition to online cemetery directory with:
- Front and back grave marker images
- Veteran notation when applicable
- Maiden name and nickname fields
- Photo and obituary upload option upon request
Also Provided:
- Two-hour visitation in parish church before service
- Upon request: bereavement luncheon with setup and teardown of Parish Center
- Record and acknowledgment of memorial gifts made online or directly to the Parish Office, with notification to the primary family contact
- Upon request: Family and pallbearer notification services
- Access to Parish Center 24 hours before service
Additional Information:
- Cemetery/interment fees are separate from this rate
- Additional musicians or special music requests may incur extra costs
- An invoice will be forwarded to the primary family contact within 15 days of the service

- Includes parish team in place for sacristan, hospitality, and preparing for setup and clean-up, safety and security

Cemetery Rates for Full Interment Cemetery Plot and Cremains
Full Interment- $300 for a single plot

Local Parish CustomsA bereavement luncheon may be arranged upon request, to be held immediately after the Rite of Committal and interment at the cemetery. Information about the luncheon can be found at this link.
- Please note: If the family wishes to choose an alternative location for a bereavement luncheon, the parish will pay for the cost of the rental of the facility or assist in the cost of catering, up to $300. The meal is to be catered with staff from the vendor, rather than parish volunteers.
